1. 1. 1. 1. •A unique project underdevelopment that allows donors to funds specific projects in developing countries, with an emphasis on participants who are  starting and growing businesses.   Funds are administered through established micro-finance institutions providing training and follow-up .    The donor can track the development of the business and the repayment of the grant.    When re-payed, the grant is reissued to another recipient
